Stanislav Shekshnia

Stanislav Shekshnia (Russisk: Станислав Владимирович Шекшня; 1964) underviser erhvervsledere og bestrider desuden en række poster i erhvervslivet. Han er Senior Affiliate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise ved INSEAD Corporate Governance Center. Han leder programmet "Leading from the Chair" samt programmer på INSEAD i samarbejde med Scandinavian Executive Institute.

Dr. Shekshnia’s research fokuserer på ledelse og effektiv governance. Hans banebrydende research i bestyrelsespraksis omfatter blandt andet iterative strategier for effektiv ledelse af bestyrelser, og foreslår en metode der kaldes ”3E leadership for board leaders”.

Stanislav Shekshnia er bestyrelsesformand for Russian Fishery og Samolet Development samt uafhængigt bestyrelsesmedlem hos NLMK og NIS.

I perioden 1992 – 2001 bestred Stanislav Shekshnia CEO og COO positioner hos Alfa-Telecom, VimpelCom, Millicom International Cellular, og Otis Elevator. Stanislav Shekshnia er Senior Partner hos Ward Howell talent equity advisory og President for virksomhedens Talent Equity Institute.

Shekshnia har en Master og PhD fra Moskvas statsuniversitet og en MBA fra Northeastern University i Boston.
